The museum has different areas available for events and gatherings. State of the art audio visual equipment, a caterer's kitchen, easy access and an out-of-this-world atmosphere are all part of the rental package.* Group tours and special admission rates are available to rental patrons, please call for rates, 580.772.5871.

The Apollo Room is the main event room. Events held in the Apollo Room include: wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, conferences, workshops, reunions, proms, Company Dinners, Birthday Parties, funeral receptions, graduation parties, wedding and baby showers, and other types. |

Rose & Tom Luczo Educational Center is rented out for children's birthday parties. There are two birthday packages the museum provides: a do-it-yourself party and a sit-back-and-relax party. Museum lobby is a courtesy add-on with the rental of the Apollo Conference Room, but can be rented separately for a gathering point. The Lobby can be used for registration, mingling, food tables, or dance floor area.

Museum exhibit area can be rented for special dinner parties(only after business hours). The Rental is the regular fee + discounted admission price/dinner guest. SASM holds the right to move any dinning additions for the security of the museum artifacts. Artifacts and exhibits cannot be moved. |

All Rentals must be reserved at least two weeks in advance. Renters must sign the request form and the Rental/Catering Policy for any event to be finalized.
*Some areas do not have audio visual capabiltiy.
